Yes! You Are Beautiful.

“ Nobody is perfect” A well known phrase we learn since our childhood. It represents the beauty you are born with and tells us to adorn it. But, Do we ever admire ourselves in front of mirror? Do we ever tell us that we are just perfect?

Majorly If we ask these question to ourselves, we always start with a pause before uttering the word “yes”. It becomes rather clear to us about our confidence over our own physical appearance. Why are we still not happy about us? Charity begins at home they say. If you want to care and love all , firstly you need to learn to love your own features.

We asked some people about their views over being positive over your body.

One of them answered, “ I believe in Universe… And in the fact that we are energy nodes. Whatever energy we give out in which ever direction that forms the course of our own life. If we stay positive, we attract positive things and vice versa.”

If a child is continuously been demotivated, soon a time comes when the child feels low about themselves. Same is the situation of our own society. Majority of us have faced situations when our body is being shamed. It not only breaks down their self confidence but also they start to feel disappointed.

People having over or under weight issues, facial imbalance issues, complexion issues, some disability issues majorly face disgraceful comments from strangers. It’s all about changing your mind and being open. Think before you speak negative. Words are sharper and yet dangerous than weapons.

“Sometimes when I go outside for a walk, People mockingly misbehave by passing comments. Am I not human? Can I not live a normal life like others?” said by one of the person we interviewed. Ages have passed, but we haven’t yet advanced.

So, It’s better that you be who you are. Let them speak. Be confident. Be a beautiful and a kind soul. Switch on to healthy lifestyle. Be energetic. Be carefree. Confidence is the soul key. Beauty doesn’t constrains to one’s physical appearance. They are born with qualities they own, which make them rather unique. And, yet uniqueness is a always a spotlight, which make people to focus and observe them more than the other half.

There are some ways we can put down the negative energy:

1. Students should be counselled at an young age about body positivity as kids have been a major victim. They should be told to love themselves and also treat everyone equal.

2. Do what you love. It brings out and builds up the positiveness and confidence within.

3. Stop comparing your body with other. Every shape and feature is perfect.

4. Stay focused on a healthy lifestyle. In case of overweight people specifically, avoid junk food or excessive sugar intake. If you don’t like gym, it’s fine, there are other fun workouts like Zumba that won't bore you.

5. Consult doctor for medical issues. They can be your best friends too.

6. Don’t let yourself feel low and disappointed. As Bob Marley says, “ Don’t worry, be happy. "
